Queen Elizabeth II’s ‘concerns’ about Princess Anne
During a live recording of HELLO!’s A Right Royal Podcast, Hardman claimed: “It was very sweet; she worried that Princess Anne worked too hard. She’d say, ‘I wish Anne would slow down a bit.'”
The late queen also reportedly had concerns for her second son, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.
Andrew has been under intense scrutiny for years over his past association with late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. He has also been accused of sexual assault, allegations he has always vehemently denied.
She’d say, ‘I wish Anne would slow down a bit.’
Hardman claimed: “Andrew was headstrong, sheepish, he is often described as the start of her ‘second family’ because he came along ten years after Anne.

Hardest working royal
Princess Anne has often been described as the hardest working member of the royal family, mainly due to the amount of duties she performs each year.
And it seems the Princess Royal has no desire to slow down.
In an interview following a royal tour of South Africa last year, she was asked directly whether retirement was on the horizon.
“It really isn’t written in, no,” she said, as reported by the BBC. “It isn’t really an option, no, I don’t think so.”
Anne added: “You’re jolly lucky if you can continue to be more or less compos mentis [of sound mind] And last summer, I was very close to not being. Take each day as it comes, they say.”
Anne branded the ‘brick of the royal family’
Late last year, Princess Anne was branded “an absolute brick” for the royal family by a veteran.
During a tea party at St James’s Palace, 101-year-old Dorothea Barron said of Anne: “I just told her what I think.
