Adorable photo released to mark Prince Louis' eighth birthday as fans gush
It's a special day for the young princeAn adorable photo has been released to mark Prince Louis’ eighth birthday today.
The youngest child of the Prince and Princess of Wales turns eight on April 23.
To mark the occasion, Prince William and Princess Catherine’s social media accounts shared a new picture of Louis and fans are over the moon.

The picture shows Louis standing with his arms crossed as he smiles at the camera. The young prince is wearing a blue knit half-zip jumper.
The adorable pic was taken by photographer Matt Porteous. You can see it here.
The post was captioned: “Happy birthday, Louis! 8 today!”
Fans gushed over the image, with many expressing shock over how grown up Louis is getting. One person commented: “Happy birthday Louis – more and more like big brother,” referring to Prince George.
Another wrote: “AWHHH HE LOOKS SOOO GROWN UP NOWW.” [Sic]

Prince Louis was born on April 23, 2018. He is the youngest child of the Prince and Princess of Wales and the younger sibling of Prince George, 12, and Princess Charlotte, 10.
Charlotte will soon celebrate her 11th birthday on May 2.

While the Wales children are often seen at big family events, the Prince and Princess of Wales tend to keep them out of the spotlight as much as they can. According to reports, they want to give their kids as much of a normal upbringing as possible despite their royal status.
The Prince of Wales recently gave an insight into their family life in Windsor. It seems the Wales family all share a close bond with one another, with William revealing they have open conversations in their household.
During an appearance on BBC Radio 1 in February, Prince William was asked whether his kids open up about their emotions.

He said: “Yes, sometimes too much. I get all the details, which I love. It’s amazing. Being able to understand it, have time with it, decipher it, sometimes.

“You feel a sense that you need to fix it for everyone and that I find quite difficult. I have to remind myself that you don’t need to fix everything but you need to listen and it’s important to be ok with those feelings and comments.”
