Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's 'gesture' to nephew Prince Louis on his eighth birthday 'revealed'
Louis turned eight on April 23Prince Louis celebrated his eighth birthday on April 23 and a former royal butler believes he may have received a gift from his uncle Prince Harry.
On Thursday, a sweet photo was released of Louis by the Prince and Princess of Wales to mark his special day.
It’s unknown how the young prince celebrated his birthday, but he was likely showered with some exciting gifts. According to one royal commentator, he may have received a gift from the Duke and Duchess of Sussex from across the pond.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle may have sent gift to Prince Louis on his birthday
Speaking to Reach, as reported by the Mirror, former royal butler Grant Harrold shared his thoughts on Louis’ birthday celebrations.
Grant worked as a butler for King Charles from 2004 to 2011.
Grant said: “I also think Harry and Meghan will send presents as well, or possibly vouchers. Hopefully it’s not something from Meghan’s new range, can you imagine?
“But in all seriousness, Harry was so close to his nieces and nephews.
“Despite everything that’s happened, the issues have never been with the children so I think the Sussexes will reach out on the day.”

New birthday photo of Louis released
The Prince and Princess of Wales celebrated their youngest child Prince Louis’ eighth birthday with an adorable photo on Thursday.
The picture shows Louis standing with his arms crossed as he smiles at the camera. The young prince is wearing a blue knit half-zip jumper.
I also think Harry and Meghan will send presents as well.
The adorable pic was taken by photographer Matt Porteous. According to reports, the photo was taken during a family trip to Cornwall earlier this month. You can see it here.
Meanwhile, shortly after, they followed up by sharing a cute montage of clips of Louis during the family break.
It showed the young prince enjoying swimming in a wet suit, digging up sand and hitting a ball with a cricket bat.
The post read: “Thank you for all the birthday wishes for Prince Louis. 8 is great!”
Louis is just like brother Prince George, say fans
Royal fans were over the moon to see a new glimpse of Louis, with many comparing him to his big brother Prince George.
Louis has two older siblings, George, 12, and Princess Charlotte, 10.
One fan gushed on Instagram: “For a moment I thought it was George!!”
