Charlotte is 11 today!Kate Middleton has an adorable birthday tradition for her kids, which she stays up until late in the night doing – and may have done last night for Princess Charlotte’s birthday!
Charlotte is celebrating her eleventh birthday today and is likely celebrating with her family.
The Princess of Wales opened up about her heartwarming tradition during a TV appearance back in 2019.

Kate Middleton has sweet birthday cake tradition for her children
Back in 2019, Kate appeared alongside British chef and baker Mary Berry in her programme, A Berry Royal Christmas.
During the show, Kate revealed that she stays up until midnight the night before her kids’ birthdays to bake them a cake.
“I love making the cake,” she said.
“It’s become a bit of a tradition that I stay up ’til midnight with ridiculous amounts of cake mix and icing, and I make far too much. But I love it,” Kate added.

Yes, Kate certainly has done in the past, though she hasn’t revealed whether she’s kept the tradition alive in the six years since she made the confession.

Prince Louis celebrated his eighth birthday with a new photo
Last week, Prince Louis celebrated his birthday.
To celebrate the big day, the official Prince and Princess of Wales’ Instagram account uploaded a new photo of the young royal and a video update.
The picture showed Louis standing with his arms crossed as he smiles at the camera. He could be seen sporting a blue jumper.
The adorable pic was taken by photographer Matt Porteous. According to reports, the photo was taken during a family trip to Cornwall earlier this month. You can see it here.
The post was captioned: “Happy birthday, Louis! 8 today!”
Unsurprisingly, fans were very happy to see the update.
“Happy birthday Louis – more and more like big brother,” penned one observer.
Another social media user gushed: “Aww… growing up fast, little Louis.”
“For a moment I thought it was George!!,” added a third.
The Wales family also shared a video tribute, which showed some of Louis’s favourite hobbies.
Clips showed the young prince enjoying swimming in a wet suit, digging up sand and playing cricket.
The post read: “Thank you for all the birthday wishes for Prince Louis. 8 is great!”
