Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor ‘snubbed’ from Peter Phillips’ wedding
The Daily Mail has reported that Andrew hasn’t been invited to the wedding. Royal Insider has contacted representatives for Andrew and Buckingham Palace for comment.
It comes as Andrew remains under intense scrutiny over his past association with late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
For years, Andrew has faced questions over his past links to Epstein. He has also been accused of sexual assault, allegations he has repeatedly denied.
In February of this year, Andrew was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office.
Scrutiny had been mounting over Andrew’s association with Epstein following the release of millions of files relating to the disgraced financier in January.

Following the release of files, Andrew was accused of sharing sensitive and confidential information with Epstein about his official work as UK’s trade envoy.
Andrew served as the UK’s trade envoy between 2001 and 2011. In 2010, Andrew allegedly forwarded official reports from trade visits to Epstein, according to the files.
Under official guidance, trade envoys have a duty of confidentiality over sensitive, commercial, or political information about their official visits.
Andrew has always denied any wrongdoing in relation to Epstein. Following his arrest, Andrew was released under investigation.

Who will attend Peter Phillips and Harriet Sperling’s wedding?
According to the Daily Mail, among those expected to attend Peter and Harriet’s wedding are King Charles, Queen Camilla, Princess Anne and her husband Vice Admiral Sir Timothy Laurence.
Meanwhile, the Prince and Princess of Wales could attend the nuptials as well as Prince Edward and his wife Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh.
Both families have been informed jointly of the wedding date by invitation.
It’s likely we’ll also see Peter’s sister Zara Tindall and her husband Mike attend the wedding.
Some royal commentators also believe Peter could invite his cousin Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle to the nuptials. They currently live in the US after stepping back from royal duties in 2020.

In April, Buckingham Palace issued a statement to confirm details about Peter and Harriet’s wedding.
It read: “Mr Peter Phillips, the son of HRH The Princess Royal and Captain Mark Phillips and Ms Harriet Sperling, daughter of the late Mr Rupert Sanders and Mrs Mary Sanders of Gloucestershire, have today announced their wedding date.
“The summer wedding will take place at All Saints Church, Kemble, Cirencester on Saturday 6th June 2026 in a private ceremony. Both families have been informed jointly of the wedding date by invitation.
“Their Majesties The King and Queen, The Prince and Princess of Wales have also been informed of the announcement. Further details will be announced in due course.”
