A source has alleged that upon Prince Harry and possibly Meghan’s highly anticipated UK return this summer, Meghan could be betting on some face to face time with Queen Camilla.
The Duchess is said to be keen on strengthening her ties with the royal family. She is said to be hoping to reconnect to boost her reputation.
An insider alleged to Heatworld: “Meghan knows that Camilla isn’t her biggest fan. But she says she’s made up her mind to try and she’s going to throw herself into it and hope that her true intentions are seen because she swears she really wants to fix this. Does she want to grovel at Camilla’s feet? No. But she’s savvy enough to realise it’s what’s needed if she’s going to make any progress.
“Alongside Kate [Middleton], Camilla holds a huge amount of influence over who gets access to the family and the decisions that are made. Meghan knows that so this is very strategic.”
Meghan Markle and Queen Camilla’s surprising shared passion
Although the unlikely duo were never known to share a close bond, apparently, Meghan Markle has found a shared topic they both feel passionately about raising awareness of – domestic violence.
Allegedly, Meghan Markle feels she and Queen Camilla could build a firm friendship over their shared mission to speak out against domestic violence.

Meghan and Camilla’s work for women
Camilla is famously the royal patron for the charity SaveLives since 2020.
Last year she made a speech for International Women’s Day, where she discussed domestic abuse and stood in solidarity with women who have been victim to such mistreatment.
Meghan has also been advocating for womens and girls since before she joined the royal fold.
She has served as a UN Women’s Advocate for Women’s Political Participation and Leadership. She has also raised awareness for education, women’s rights and menstrual hygiene poverty.
Insider claims about Meghan and Camilla’s supposed alliance
The insider claims: “Meghan has been watching everything Camilla has been up to like a hawk. Looking for some possible thing they could connect on and she’s hit upon Camilla’s mission to end domestic violence and support victims. Meghan says she genuinely admires how Camilla is taking that on. It’s a cause she’s supported in the past herself too. So bringing it up and praising Camilla for it when they see each other next won’t be disingenuous.”
So, could this be an unlikely alliance that pays off for Meghan?
