'It went on for years': Inside jaw-dropping claims that Sarah Ferguson had 'secret fling' with Diddy
A royal author has alleged that Sarah Ferguson had a 'secret' relationship with Sean 'P.Diddy' Combs
Claims about Sarah Ferguson and disgraced rapper Sean ‘P.Diddy’ Combs have emerged in a bombshell new royal book, including allegations the pair had a “secret” relationship for years.
The extraordinary claims appear in Entitled by author Andrew Lownie.
According to the book, Ferguson allegedly had a “friends with benefits” arrangement with Combs that reportedly began in 2004 and continued for four years.

Sarah Ferguson reportedly had ‘secret’ relationship with Sean ‘P-Diddy’ Combs
One alleged associate of Combs claimed the pair first met at a New York party hosted by Ghislaine Maxwell back in 2002.
The source alleged the relationship later developed into a secret arrangement, with the pair reportedly meeting across Europe and Africa.
“They’d meet in luxurious hotels,” one source claimed in the book extract, as reported by the Daily Mail. “They once stayed at a seven-star hotel that was over £50,000 a night. They spared no expense.”
Another eyebrow-raising claim suggests Combs’ 2006 fragrance Unforgivable was allegedly inspired by Ferguson and how she liked men to smell.
The book also alleges Ferguson introduced daughters Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice to Combs “many times” when they were younger.

One particularly shocking allegation centres around Eugenie allegedly attending a yacht party weekend when she was 16 years old.
“Sean’s parties were wild,” a former royal staff member allegedly claimed. “The fact that she brought Eugenie around was alarming.”
The book further alleges Ferguson “made no secret” of wanting to marry “someone in the US who was wealthy and powerful”.
It also revisits her reported friendship with disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein. A Palm Beach source quoted in the book claimed, “If Jeffrey popped the question, she would have said yes.”
They added, “She had a reputation for being an opportunist and for sleeping with wealthy men.”
However, a source close to Ferguson has strongly denied the allegations. Speaking to The Telegraph, they described the claims as “blatantly untrue”.

Sarah Ferguson scandal
This claim comes amid the fallout surrounding Ferguson and her former husband, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, over their links to Epstein.
Earlier this year, Andrew was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office over allegations he forwarded confidential trade documents to Epstein during his time as a UK trade envoy. He has denied wrongdoing and was later released pending ongoing investigations.
Andrew has also long faced scrutiny over his friendship with Epstein.
Meanwhile, Ferguson herself faced criticism after leaked emails reportedly showed her describing Epstein as a “steadfast, generous and supreme friend”.
She was dropped by multiple charities, and the ex-couple were ordered to vacate Royal Lodge, their Windsor mansion.
Earlier this year, Andrew moved into the refurbished Marsh Farm on the Sandringham Estate. Ferguson, however, has been keeping a low profile.
The former Duchess of York had not been seen in public since last December, and her whereabouts were unknown. Last month, she was finally spotted at a luxury ski resort in Austria.
Meanwhile, Combs is currently serving a four-year prison sentence in New Jersey after being convicted in October 2025 on charges relating to transporting individuals for prostitution.
The rapper is expected to remain behind bars until 2028.
Sarah Ferguson’s representatives have been contacted for comment.
