Insiders have suggested that a return to 'Suits' could be in the future for Meghan Markle
Meghan Markle could be on the verge of a major Hollywood comeback as rumours continue to swirl about her possible return to Suits.
According to The Sun, producers are said to be exploring ways to cash in on the legal drama’s popularity revival.
Talks are allegedly centring around reuniting Meghan with several of her former castmates for a potential spin-off or film project.
Meghan Markle could make Suits comeback
The Duchess of Sussex famously played ambitious paralegal Rachel Zane in the hit series. She stepped away from acting ahead of her 2018 wedding to Prince Harry.
Now, industry whispers suggest Meghan could be offered far more than just an acting role if the project moves forward.
One insider claimed producers are even considering offering the Duchess a co-executive producer credit, potentially giving her a lucrative slice of future profits.
The original legal drama has enjoyed a massive second life on streaming platforms after landing on Netflix. It was one of the most-watched shows between 2023 and 2025.

At one point, the series reportedly broke records after pulling in an eye-watering 3.7 billion viewing minutes worldwide in a single week.
The spin-off, Suits: LA, was axed after just one season earlier this year. However, insiders believe demand for the original cast remains sky-high.
Meghan in Suits
According to reports, former stars Patrick J. Adams, Gabriel Macht, Rick Hoffman, Sarah Rafferty and Gina Torres have all allegedly been “sounded out” about returning.
Show creator Aaron Korsh has so far declined to comment publicly on the speculation. However, he previously hinted he would be open to revisiting the Suits universe in the future.
The renewed acting rumours come at an interesting time for Meghan and Harry. Last August, Netflix agreed to renew the couple’s multi-million dollar five-year deal after it expires.
However, their partnership continues, but in a new capacity. The new contract will be in a new format known as a “first-look deal”. A first-look deal means Netflix will have the first option on Harry and Meghan’s projects. It’s a more flexible, project-by-project approach.
Meanwhile, Meghan is expected to appear in a cameo role playing herself in the upcoming Amazon comedy film Close Personal Friends, alongside Lily Collins and Brie Larson.
A studio source told The Sun: “This is a massive moment for Meghan and signifies a return to doing what she truly loves. It is [her] way of gently putting her toe back in the water.”
Some insiders believe a return to acting, particularly one tied to the hugely successful Suits brand, could be an appealing next chapter for the Duchess.
